Yes Argghh in deed , the pain my friends comes from my Back!! , two fecking years now and it still aches and pains me and last night whilst trying to install the new Settee ( Finally got myself a Black Leather Twin Recliner ) thru the rear doors it went bad...so much so i had to drop everything on the spot and lay down , the pain is unquantifiable , and i didnt realise just how heavy those recliner 3 seaters are....!, so awoke this morning to a very stiff and pained back..

What can you say about today's racing...Awesome?..yeah i think so , Newbury has a stellar card that is ably supported by some superb action from Sandown , Fakenham and of course Lingers..Some Magical beasts on show today , with SPRINTER SACRE & LONG RUN both expected to win and win well , it will be a shock if either lose, almost inconceivable this is, so much so im thinking and typing like Yoda!!.

Flat and National Hunt. The flat action predominantly takes place on an all-weather Fibresand track that is left-handed, level and about ten furlongs in circumference. There is a straight five furlongs course. Occasionally flat racing takes to the turf track, which runs on the inside of the all-weather circuit, and has a similar layout. National Hunt racing is also held on this grass course, where there is a run-in from the last obstacle of 220 yards.

Tonight i had 1 x Max Single on Crewe ( Thanks Trish o Neil ) and 3 x Multis ( 2 x Lay and 1 x back ) and all 3 Multis came in , although i sweating a bit as i had laid Millwall in both the laybets and they were leading with 91 mins gone...then good ol Brighton nicked 1 ..excellent, happy Days!!....
