Dont Miss the Winners PART 4
Todays POST...
14:30 Beverley - DEAN IARRACHT : This has 5 wins to its name and 3 have been at Beverley Including a CD win so the phrase " horses for courses " is quite apt for this and in a very poor looking race i think the 4.0 is quite tasty or a place only at 1.75 ( will probs trade a bit higher pre ) Tracey Waggot ( the trainer ) also runs Valentino Oyster and although it has also won over CD i think it prefers Redcar however a little trade/saver on this would not be a bad idea and the RFC is a possibility , whatever happens in this race im sure both of these will be involved in the finish...A place dutch looks nailed on ...Watch or Play good luck....now off to find something a bit bigger for Ricky Bird ;-))

Dont Miss the Winners Part 3
My two core posts from my FACEBOOK page today were these...
1. Clint Smith
My LOTD would have to be ALWILDA in the 14:20 @ Ayr ( currently 1.7 ) Firstly this will trade higher both pre and in running imo and secondly this looks wide open with a few choicely bred types....win or lose this has to be laid...

And BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM 1ST
One for Tmrw : 14:20 Ffos Las : ORPHA
This superbly bred filly is by New Approach ( on our breeders list ) and is from the family of Ajdal ( plenty of speed ) and Rainbow Quest ( Stamina ) comes from the in form stable of Mick Channon and ridden by the impressive Martin Harley will be decent odds first time up as there are a few runners with solid looking form and experience in the line up however i feel Channon has bought this lovely looking sort to Ffos Las for a confidence boosting win ( could easily have gone to newmarket et al ) imo this will be fit and ready to run a big race first time out and should reward the EW backers with some profit and maybe a nice win ;-)
And BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM 1ST

One for today - DEAUVILLE 14:40 : EXCELEBRATION :
This is easily the 2nd best miler in Europe and would be quite a dominant force were it not for the magnificent Frankel ( Beaten into 2nd 3 times by 4, 5 and 11 lengths ) do not take anything away from Excelebration as this is one class beast in its own right and without Frankel it wins but in all Honesty this is the type of race that i would love to see Frankel in racing against a Top Top quality field including Golden Lilac , Cityscape , Tinhorse , Immortal Verse , Moonlight Cloud and Elusive Kate amongst others , this looks a cracking race but on my speed ratings alone i think Excelebration has around 6 lengths in hand its speed and sectionals for this trip are far better than the field and when Excelebration has won this it will be a further frank to the form of Frankel , this will be a brilliant race but EXCELEBRATION WILL WIN!! ( I HOPE ;-P )

Morning All ;-)
Hope everyone is good and well today ? its been a v busy week and now its time for me to relax a little , no rushing , no pressure and no Skype.....just me myself and i ;-) , Must say Team Yorkshire have done very well at this years Olympics , quite Impressive and Usain Bolt what a runner , what a sprinter!!...but his performance was a long way behind that of RUDISHA who was as impressive a winner as you will ever see in the 800m Final smashing the wr/or into bits and destroying the field with his electric front running..Incredible performance.
Elsewhere Phelps gained his billionth gold in the Pool and the rather pretty Ennis scooped gold in the Heptathlon well done to all winners ( Hoy , Wiggins et al ).
Watched the Raven last night ( both a fan of Cusack and Poe ) and it was very good but it got me thinking about how far we have come , in a little over 100 years we have gone from horse and cart and Gaslight to Supersonic air travel , the shuttle , space station , i phones , microwaves etc...the list is a long one but what a list , the achievements over the last 125 years against the previous 250 are astonishing and does make me think or at least consider the possibility that we received some form of Eric Von Daniken help.....
More tragic news today as Tia Sharp ( aged 12 ) was found murdered and buried in her grandparents house ( grandma + boyfriend of 37 ) and the step grand dad has been arrested and is questioning ( thank fuck ) but i still cant figure out why we as humans do this shit to each other , why o fucking why would you want to harm someone so defenceless??...its sickening and the guy needs the death penalty , jail time is no punishment for this murdering creep!!...
Away from the doom and gloom that is everyday news we have some good and interesting to look forward to today and for me the highlight will be ( hopefully ) seeing MINCE return to form and prove to everyone he is the group class sprinter we thought he was pre season.
As for the cards i think i shall cover NEWMARKET today with an additional slot , i will be adding a steamers slot , the steamers form no part of the selection process on their own i will still be staking the same way if anything the steamers will be for info only although i may have a couple of EW double on the larger priced ones...Till later , good luck and have a great day....

NEWMARKET
RACE 1
BACK - BORUG -
EW - UNEX EL GRECO -
OUTSIDER - CLASSIC PUNCH -
STEAMER - UNEX EL GRECO -
*This is an Interesting race as the ground could prove the key to how several of these run as i expect a range of different performances from those we have seen , Assizes from the red hot Mark Johnston is very interesting with the very capable Murphy claiming 7lb of its back and could run a big race , Sir John Hawkwood has only run twice but its 5l win was on Softer going and this may be too quick , The 2 Arab horses could both run well with a return to this faster surface this is imo a wide open race and i feel BORUG is the value bet ( EW ) imo ( currently 8.8 ) if this can repeat the run when beaten a nk/nk behind Gatewood then it has every chance here and today could be its day.
**Well the 3 that i thought were due improved runs filled 1,2 and 3...lol...that answered all my questions...move along nothing to see here!..;-)

RACE 2
BACK - N/A -
EW - HIGHLAND COLORI ( EW NAP ) - 1st @ 4.40
OUTSIDER - N/A -
STEAMER - HADAJ -
*I have to stick with HIGHLAND COLORI here as i have backed it last 5 times and lto it ran a stormer on the " wrong side " and still looks like its loving racing and is worth following.
***BOOOM...GET IN!!..;-))

RACE 3
BACK - SKY LANTERN -
EW - CERTIFY - 1st @ 2.52
OUTSIDER - REDRESSTHEBALANCE -
STEAMER - CERTIFY - - 1st @ 2.52
*This usually throws up a decent horse but in the last 5 years no horse has won outside of the fancied runners with favourites doing very well ,
2011 5Discourse (USA)28-12M Al ZarooniL Dettori 5/2
2010 6White Moonstone (USA)28-12Saeed bin SuroorL Dettori 11/4
2009 2Long Lashes (USA)28-12Saeed bin SuroorT E Durcan 2/1
2008 9Rainbow View (USA)28-12J H M GosdenJ Fortune 6/4
2007 2Albabilia (IRE)28-12C E BrittainR L Moore 7/2
,As you can see above the winners from the last 5 years are all above average and all quite short in the betting which would suggest that something quite fancied is put back for this and i shall be following suit and going in with HANNON and the Arabs..

RACE 4
BACK - THWART -
EW - JABHAAT - 2ND @ 11.50
OUTSIDER - ALNAWIYAH - 3RD @ 77.40
STEAMER - NO QUALIFIERS - N/A -
*Now we have a brilliantly tough maiden race but fortunately both myself and JASON COOTE from the brilliant HCE specialise in these ;-)....Lets see if the years of work , following and understanding breeding have had any effect ;-P....
Winsili is of Interest but Robbie Havlin riding ( not a bad jock ) does make me wonder why? and is it ready?..i think if Khalid thought this was going to be another Frankel then he would make sure there one of the elite on board ( no disrespect RH ) so i will be swerving this ( along with a few others that on breeding want further ) , the three i like on breeding are the three selected but at 14.0 , 28.0 and 48.0 the market would suggest im MAD lol....whatever , tried n tested for me thank you v much win or lose ;-)
***BooooM ...2 big places on my EW bets @ 3.55 and 15.99!!...;-))))

RACE 5
BACK - MALEKOV -
EW - SPIRITOFTOMINTOUL -
OUTSIDER - PERFECT HEART - 3rd @ 12.03
STEAMER - URIAH HEEP -
*I feel that URIAH HEEP qualifies as todays LOTD ( 2.14 ) .
****BooooooM with a 3rd @ 12.03 ( 2.25 ) but More importantly my LOTD is gubbed at 1.57 ;-))))

RACE 6
BACK - WATERFORD STAR -
EW - MOON TRIP - 2nd @ 4.30
OUTSIDER - TROVARE - 3rd @ 28.0
STEAMER - WINNERS WISH -
*A tough 2m race and the booking of Darren Egan on MOON TRIP catches the eye and would be my main EW bet here.

RACE 7
BACK - FOUR LEAVES - 2nd @ 12.2
EW - RUGOSA - 3rd @ 6.40
OUTSIDER - SPUTNICK SWEETHEART -
