Had myself a very nice week off. away from all things racing / trading and gambling , feel nice and Refreshed and ready to start spinning my roll up ( need to after all ive spent this week ) , a couple of LAYBETS that interest me today are
1. Thimaar (USA) 
2. Master Fiddle 


Both of these are favourites or close to favouritism and both need to be layed.
This Month has pretty much been a wash out after the bad couple of days i had , albeit mostly my fault after
losing my head but have now regained composure and i am looking forward to rattling up a nice sequence 
gonna trade at £30 per day for next 4 weeks , then slowly increase month on month ( will be doing other 
trades and stuff for spares ) , also i now have a separate account which i will be using for football / tennis
and Golf Trades as these are areas that interest me , right o , have a nice day all ,

Ok so i didnt quite keep to the script today , but i did stay disciplined and focused and i did select the races i wanted to trade with more care , only had one blip today, and that wasnt due to a bad trade , that was due to me laying a Mccoy Horse in - running  that looked cooked then found a second and a third wind!!..but was lucky enough to strike a decent trade straight after to claw that all back , other than that all pretty straightforward today , which makes a change , no drama's.....

Morning...

Feel better this morning , had a good sleep , which always helps , have decided to trade again , but for the next week at v small stakes , just need to get my head right and start feeling it again and lose the gambling element or i will fail , yesterday was going well , very well until i decided to do a £150 trade ( instead of my usual £4 ) , in running on a fav that was flip flopping between 3.2 and 3.6 , i wanted the lay  obv at the low end and then imm buy back @ 80% which would have given me an £18 lay on a 4.2 rated  horse @ 1.5 , thats a bet im always willing to take on , however i run so bad at times like this , the moment , and i mean the moment i hit lay £150 @ 3.2......the second/third fav fell brought down 2 others and the fav was left well clear , albeit with a circuit to run but now had fallen to 1.69 ( ish )...so my trade was fucked...now i just sat here hoping the fav would fall or lose or anything!!...but alas no , it won easy , meaning great losses , i did buy back a small amount towards the end but no much.....so i then went on chase tilt mode and Backed a fahey fav to win back my losses...for £100 ...that came second , i then piled into the next hanaghan horse.....unplaced , now at this time i was so down , my head was spinning...i had spunked 2 weeks worth of money away on frivolity and was feeling gutted , so stopped , then watched the next Hanaghan Horse romp in at 4.2.....FML!!!......So all my small trades = good steady profits , the big bets all = big steady losses , conclusion , stick to small lays and scalping , my bank needs to be at least £3k before i can start to up the staking levels , then who knows? , but for now....im on the £2 trail....

Got...

Battered today , absolutely battered , made some epic mistakes , lost my head again and got trounced , what a fucking tool i am!! , so thats me done for a week , gonna have a breather , collect my thoughts and come back next week , fitter , stronger and wiser , overall my hit rate is very high , but when i lose i really lose , so i need the break....will post all pics up when i restart , but a very grim beginning to the month....Things are pretty tough at mo , need to get my fucking act together...

On the Plus side played some great golf today at Owlston Manor against the Mighty Alo and won all 3 tourns , that comprises of the stableford comp ( 34 points of my hcap of 26 ) , strokeplay by 3 shots and matchplay 3 @ 2 so that was great the weather was superb although the course itself was badly signposted , tees hard to find and hard under managed greens meant it was a challenge.....

So as You can see last 3 days have resulted in me being -£400...Not good, not good at all , and tbf they are not trading losses , they are losses thru greed and stupidity , i will learn from this , i HAVE to , its just a fucker .....But i will prevail , take a few days off and clear my head.....

A busy couple of days, had a shocker and lost my head yesterday , back to normal today , with the brilliant Aintree meeting , and we was today treated to possibly the best ever performance from a hurdler or any race horse ever , a big WD to Big Bucks..awesome today...Im in a Golf Tourn Tmrw so prolly wont do much till the Eve meetings, will then update and post Pics on Sat Morning...GL All..TTfn ;-)

Tues 5th...

Evening all , Had a very funny few days ( off sunday ) , been overbetting and reaching out and my back bets were losing and cancelling out the gains i was making from my lays plus i was over trading a few too many and losing money for no reason...
So had a few days of break even or slight loss , yesterday i made a £30 loss , but thankfully today was kinda more like normal service steadied things right up and tried to lock in smaller profits but more frequently, Made £58.14 today which is bang on the mark for where i want and need to be , hopefully now a few of the kinks have been ironed out and a productive line of thinking has been gauged....Tired now , back for more tmrw...Aintree is soon upon us.....

Been a busy ol bastard today , jusy chilling now and looking forward to todays marathon cards.
Its Lincoln time and i Fancy Taqleed , obv blotspot but it has a outstanding chance , also Pentinent is worth a decent lump and a few others , going to be a very busy afternoon , need to keep me wits about me and try and get a better start than yesterday...Chat back later wi update...ttfn ;-0

****Well , Hmm...What can i say about today....a learning cruve for sure , lessons learnt and oh yes i LOST £50 today..;-(( , i found out today i cannot watch and trade 3 races at once , stooopid idea in first place , must place more emphasis on Quality rather than quantity and be prepared to sit some out...i cant play em all.., some races i find it easy making £35 and others i struggle to break even , so have to collect stats and see where im strong..... Been a long hard day today and no evening racing for me to break even on , but overall £186.15 UP for the week...So not quite as much as i would like  and not a strong finish to week , but reasonably productive enough...anyway having tmrw off with the mrs...Come back nice and fresh Monday....Enjoy ur weekend...;-)

April 1st...

Lets have No Fools today plz , had a busy ol morning , first rest of the day before " work " , looks fairly steady today so am quite hopeful the magic £50 will be easy to achieve......

WoW , what a motherfucking day , i was very nearly THE April FOOL today!! , Spunked £150 after 3 races and was looking for some rope.....i really got shafted on one race, put myself in a no trade position..argh!!...fucks sake , then worked out that if  i stuck with it i could at least try to grind my way back to break even although that meant having to put a full shift in and do some evening racing...well i did and at half seven i came into profit for the first time today..albeit £0.68p , but after the start i had this feels like a major victory....so if truth be told im actually very happy, this was a very bad day and if all my very bad days mean i only break even or slightly up then im going to be a very happy bunny....off for a well earnt beer now ;-) , see ya tmrw...
