Its Raining , its cool and im tired.....got up far too early today ( although for me , anything before midday is early ) , 3 Flat meeting to look at today and again we'll focus on the first 3 races at each meeting.
And i will also be looking at NAAS tonight , so we should hopefully have 12 Blog bets today.

Did have a lot to say this morning, just sat back and relaxed and now cba...im calm again , lets move onto todays bets..

BATH

14:10: - BTL - Decider - £150 @ 5.3 with a trade set at £200 @ 3.5 ( £145 / £50 ) - Result = Unplaced = Won £50 ( hit 2.40 in running , led from the off as expected )
Tough race to try and split the first 4 in the betting tbh , there is absolutely nothing to choose between Decider and Bateluer other than there running styles , Bateluer likes to come from off the pace and runs onwe as Decider likes to make all or race keenly , on that basis ( decider ) i have concluded that if it runs its natural race then it shall shorten in running , not a certainty by any means but is the best i can offer for this race.

14:40 : - BACK - Hidden Passion - £100 @ 1.54 ( Keep lay also £100 @ 1.1 ) - Result = 1st = Won £44
The form of everything else bar is very modest / poor , the newcomers dont look anything special and Hidden Passions run in the empress would be good enough to destroy these , so given natural improvement and a hassle free run...This should be Nimps.

15:10 : - BACK -Yasmeena - £75 @ 3.85 / LAY - Sarangoo £150 @ 3.8 - Result = Unplaced / 2nd = Won £75
I really quite fancy this Yasmeena to run a decent race here , could be different gravy , the form of the others is questionable and not that fast , Sarangoo looks a handful and finds little in a finish , i like this bet .

CATTERICK

14:20 : - BACK - The Dancing Lord - £100 @ 1.78 - Result = Unplaced = Lost £100
This is an awful race , The Dancing Lord is no world beater by any means and is probably Favourite by default , the dire durge of competition in this race means that there is no viable opposition , i have backed this but dont be surprised if a 33/1 outsider wins....
**Slipped and unbalanced halfway , not recover.

14:50 : - BACK - Cheylesmore - £100 @ 3.9 / Lay - Ingleby Exceed £150 @ 5.1 - Result = 3rd / 1st  = LOST £715
Stuart Williams knows how to place his horses to good effect and this won very nicely a couple of days ago at Brighton outbattling the hardy Mandhooma , its a long way to travel just for the day out , this will run a big race.

15:20 : - Lay - Cat o Nine Tails - £150 @ 9.4 - Result = 3rd = Won £150
Mark Johnston wooly imo , is a complete dog, will probs be there or thereabouts for around 1m4f then start to weaken off gradually falling on its arse , not even the great SDS will be able to muster a win from this.

LINGFIELD

14:30 : - Lay - Pearl Opera - £75 @ 14.0 - Result = Unplaced = Won £75
This has no chance whatsoever , i will be taking as much as i possibly can out of this.

15:00 : - Lay - Fly By White - £150 @ 3.1 - Result = 3rd = Won £150
Yes its running off a no weight and is very well in , however the horse is a complete dog and is an insta lay.
Horses like this must always be layed, if it wins, so what, move on , keep laying them and you will always come out in front in the long run.

15:30 : - BACK - Undulant Way £150 @ 1.72 - Result = 2nd = Lost £150
Should be far to good for these.
*Very Disappointing , bad tactical ride, Should have known better with the inept Dobbs in the saddle.

Tough Finale , but there are at least 5 others with far superior claims.

Just a week to go till me Jollies and i cant wait ....5 weeks of sun/sea and sangria ( beer )...and ofc some Golf ;-).
In the meantime ( and during )i will have to see how much money i can earn to waste....A couple of not bad flat cards today ( 1 x aw ) with some so so racing , although Ponty is usally good for a few trades as the stiff uphill finish kills a lot of....

For the Blog Challenge i am going to look at the first 3 races from both meetings, so potentially 6 bets , still with max cap liability of £1k although tbf i am going to look at lowering this a bit now i have won back those early dutch losses , back on an even keel and an upward curve, thats where we belong.....

WOLVERHAMPTON

Tough race to call this , not many in form , not many with relevant form , all current form is moderate at best and all aw form is ..well slow , there will not be much in this tbh , close finish ensues , i kinda made a valid case for just about every runner...Enigma Code of recent runnings gets the Vote as the Lay as its most recent form is weak enough to push it out , but this is a tight race...
* Was a tight race with my Lay hitting 1.66 in running as it led from the get go right thru till the 1f pole then just folded like a pack of cards....

14:45 : - BACK ( Place market ) - Both , Avonlini ( 2.48 ) and Euroquip Boy ( 2.36 ) for £150 Each.
I simply wont have it that one of these wont place , in my very narrow minded view this is Nimps.

Far too short in this race , yes it has recent winning form but that was its first win in 9 attempts with its previous two outings on an artificial surface resulting in a 9th and a 7th at Lingers , its overall form is modest and it has the profile of a dog...so on that basis 1.9 is a Lay....Anyone who backs this at that price wants their head examining!!... ( watch it scoot in by 10 lengths now!! )

Tough opener , but a lot of these have posted very moderate times and are rated upwards of what they have achieved , IMO this lies between , Nameitwhatyoulike , Lady Victory and Indepub With LADY VICTORY coming out slightly ahead.
I will Probably be dutching LV and Indepub in the place market @ 2.52 and 3.1.
*INDEPUB just got nailed on the line so did very nicely with the Dutch in place market , Lady Victory missed the break and gave away 6 lengths...

Amazing Sky has some solid form but its winning form has been in lesser races and usually with Serena in the plate , nice consistent horse that will get outbattled and outpaced here today.

Slow Horse that wont reverse recent form with Lady Royale.

Early Bird...

Catches the worm.....and today i have nailed a few early prices, most notably in the 20:40 @ Windsor , there is a super hot shot running called BLESSED BIATA, now the value here is certainly not with the outright backing here, its the trade , and i would urge everyone to lay your hands on whatever money you can find and lay this at 1.19 and set a trade off @ 1.25 £1000 makes £50 , the easiest £50 EVER!!..the more you can trade , the more you can make , i have already weighed in with £1k i was considering trying a bit more and setting the buyback it higher , say 1.31....but thats just greedy , 1.25 will get matched im 99.999% sure , so as far as im concerned its easy money , worse case scenario you lose £190...its a No brainer....?!- Hit 1.26 in running - 

Another bet i like to do is the place lay of two in a race which only pays top two and both are odds on in a field where others have a chance..
Todays race in focus for this bet is the 14:30 Brighton , where i have place Layed both Pride and Joy and Tones @ 1.39 and 1.5 for £100 Each.
Your not bothered who wins and who places as long as one of these two fuck up...Long term this is a massive winner...Quite often as well the fav messes up and u get the bigger win ( especially with the NH races ). - These however did come 1st and 2nd...But no real harm done...

Having analysed all races regarding the front two ( and only horse in this race ) , i have concluded that workforce is the naturally quicker horse and my judgement is based on all my speed ratings.....
So with the fav having to find a few seconds and lengths and it being very bad ( imo ) value...Workforce is the Obvious bet............
I WILL however also look at backing SYT in running at around 2.5 for £500 , this is not a keep bet as yet , but one that will be traded through the race....however syt may only trade that big if it starts to weaken or looks shot...This will decided during the race....
**Have re-backed £500 @ 2.94 , with a keep lay of £500 @ 2.74 **
**Winnings are due to amazing in running lay of £700 @ 1.4 when it never looked likely to win , SYT never went higher than around 2.2 and always looked like the winner my initial over view to this race was right...this was never going to be workforce's race.** Will be including this aftertiming result as i did state that i would be trading in running during the race, albeit initially the trade was around the run of SYT , but that IR Lay was too good to miss....i simply couldnt lose....!!

Afternoon..

Just back from tennis and i feel bolloxed, my serving arm is aching , my long running issue with my fingers has flared up and i just feel plain wrecked....been a lovely morning outside today tho , very warm , lost obv again 5-7 , 1-6....second set collapse..was 1-0 and 40/15 up in 2nd game of  2nd set , then just fell to pieces....soon as you hit 40....its very hard to maintain your fitness level...
On the horse front, today looks a good day.....some decent flat action going on day and night.
