Fun Friday.....

Morning All , up bright and early today and all nicely wrapped up , had a rather momentous day yesterday for a variety of reasons , the weather is starting to have an effect on the ground now and stamina is the name of the game , no race showed this to greater effect yesterday than the finale with resolute showing of mission complete who assisted in me taking down a double with valley view ( 7.12 & 5.25 ) as well as singles and the lay on the 2nd so yes the run in was a nerve jangler , yesterday was as the great Ice Cube states " a great day " , very surreal in so many ways as i have quite often had a good or better day undone by one race where everything goes against me and usually its the race in which i have most riding on or heavily staked thru , and Mission Complete was indeed one of those for me so when it drifted out to 40+ in running i kinda figured it was gonna be another grey day , one that promised so much but delivered little with  mine now trading at 50 , and both me julie and royal chatlier trading @ 1.37 / 1.38 i feared the worse , but then over the last it galvanised itself and rattled home under an inspired Alan Berry to score cosily by 1/2 length......and a wave of euphoria descended upon me , the sort of feeling that cannot be garnered from trading as this was the scent of eau de gambler and it was delightful ;-).
Onto today , weather permitting we have some fairly decent racing about with 2x NH meets and 2 x AW meets , so a good variety and more than enough to keep my wandering and wondrous mind active.
