As Requested , the 15:15 @ Hereford :
A 6 runner race that is effectively a 4 runner as the two roughies have no chance what so ever...
the 4 remaining are ,
1.Doeslessthanme
An able sort with proven ability although im not convinced this is the ideal trip , does have an attitude, does have a dodgy temperament , can pig it towards the end of his races and is prone to making 1 or 2 errors per race at 2.52 offers me nothing and i certainly wouldnt and wont be cueing to back this .
2.Qaspal
An exciting horse and imo easily the best of these over hurdles , had a break and returned to action as a quite fancied 7/4 shot behind Owen Glendower , ran ok without inspiring should strip a lot fitter today and will have hopefully improved its jumping, the likeliest winner.
3.Cavite Alpha
Interesting for a few reasons , 1st runner in a while for Charlie Brooks , this former PTP winner will obv have been showing enough to persevere with , will have some ability we just have no idea what level and they may be concerns that a slow run 2m will be too short a trip.
4.Nobunaga
Curious sort , lightly raced ex flat horse with the now in form V Williams , will be a lot better than previously shown but again your guessing to a degree as to how much.
Conclusion : Qaspal and Doeslessthanme on all known current form are the very obvious choices but at 2.4 each there is no value in either , in essence one of this pair should be winning however i will be happy having a little Punt / Dutch on Cavite Alpha ( 18,.5 ) and Nobunga ( 16.0 ) as a value alternative and hope they improve or the others mess up , not a race to get too financially involved in , small stakes for fun.
Hope this helps G ;-)
