Saturday Quick Card for Trish...

Trish who is a long time friend and supported has asked for a York card of sorts so i am posting out this lite version for her and your perusal....

We start the day off with a Fillies Hcap and its a standard York race with old enemies and traditional stables being entered up , KLEO & CARNEVALE are the two that interest me the most as both come here with progressive profiles and are 3 yr olds on the right side of the weights with Maven probably laid out for this but still too high in the weights i think this will be a tight affair but probably won by a 3 yr old again and most probably by the two mentioned.

BET ADVICE : Dutch Kleo & Carnevale in a Win bet. - KLEO 1ST @ 3.10

Race 2 > A very mid range tight and competitive Hcap which is pretty much the norm for here and with all the field in with a chance its almost impossible to say what will win or indeed how it will be run.
Easterby and O'Meara interest me here as they have 3 runners between them ( 1 & 2 ) and at fair odds i would say a dutch on them is the play ( win ) in an open race this bet will provide some fun at the very minimum.

BET ADVICE : Dutch on Dutch Rose , Alejandro & Royal Rascal - ALEJANDRO 1ST @ 10.67

Race 3 > Decent looking Group 2 now over 1m2f...and for me the much vaunted and well touted LONG JOHN looks the answer and at 6/1 looks great value , This won a GP 1 in Australia and was purchased by the Dolphins as this was thought better than So You Think which had a similar profile and this was justified when on its first start it cruised to an easy win in the UAE 2000 Guineas and then was bought to the UK for its first start here in the Summer Mile at Ascot and it ran like it needed the run when 3rd but now on ideal racing ground i feel Lee should get a perfect tune from this as long as he doesnt give the leaders too much rope...tbh i can only seeing the boys in blue winning this so if your betting for fun then just dutch the three dolphins at around 4/1 , 6/1 and 14/1 there is sufficient value to have a go otherwise just nail a few quid to the mast of Long John.
Result - Long John..disappointing and Last

Race 4 > Got a pin Handy..good now pick it up , close your eyes and place this pin down in front of you...this will be your selection.....
A couple of years ago when Hoof It Won this race and the Stewards he was rated around 120 and would have carried this whole field on his shoulders however since then he has never really quite sparkled and has dropped to 104 as a result and is imo well in on what could be considered a light weight for a group horse in a Hcap and at 16/1 is a good sporting bet as this could easily bounce back to form and win...and for fun i would say an EW on Hitchens at 30/1 is worth a couple of quid,.......

BET ADVICE : EW singles on Hitchens & Hoof it. - Unexposed Muthmir Wins as Fav as my selections fail miserably...

Race 5 > Now we have a standard York Maiden and they do usually carry a better class of recruit so the markets should be heeded however for a variety of reasons im having a decent EW punt on PHOENIX STORM .....is there really any reason for to explain why ?!?!..lol..GL >

BET ADVICE : EW on Phoenix Storm - Stone Last lol...oh well...

Race 6 > A small field event now over an exerting 2m ...and this will be a race of attrition...i think a WIN bet on CD and previous race winner Itlaaq is the safest bet and option.

BET ADVICE : Win bet on Itlaaq - 1st @ 5.04

Race 7 > A 2 yr old sprint to round the day off and it looks pretty decent to be fair and SECRET LIAISON could prove to be a few pounds than her current mark as last time she was given an awkward ride when coming 2nd with a possible saver on Pillar Box....

BET ADVICE : Win on Secret Liaison and a saver on Pillar Box. - Nada...

Good Luck.

NAP BET ??...Well i would say the Dutch Bet in the first is probably the strongest from a pro view. - BooooM ;-)
