*" IF" Planet of Sound is spot on and has lost no ability with a clear round he will take all the beating as an on song PoS is different class to these, there are some seriously good horses in this line up but my ratings only have them down as really good h'cappers not group class except PoS, ask yourself this ? , do you think any of these would have been upto giving a fit Denman a fair and square 6 length pasting??...No i didnt think so , however PoS did when winning @ Punchestown....Its a guessing game but at 14.5+ im prepared to risk it , will be a great race , again watch and enjoy..( backed @ sp = 17.84 and traded at 3.0 and 2.5 so made a massive green and profit on PoS , happy days )

*Tricky this one as the vibes are very strong for both , with RYDE ALONG being 5.1 / 1.81 i am going to say the best bet here is a MAX Place only bet on Ryde Along , an EW bet would be a fair choice but with the fav and Scholastica ( 1st @ 5.67 ) in attendance i feel its better to play this safe , this is a lump job bet.

Obviously there are a few other runners knocking around today , but i simply dont have the time......

TOWCESTER 13:00 - PRICKLES - EW - Unplaced ( Ran poor and the well backed form fav won quite easily in the end , very poor race )
A tough race with so many disappointments and inconsistency the call of the day, Prickles should improve from his last run as should Karacas and with the eternally under performing Queens bay ( 1st @1.61 ) making these the only 3 in this race and for me the value lies with Prickles. -

NEWCASTLE 14:20 - OVERTURN/CELESTIAL HALO ( DUTCH ) - Overturn 1st @ 2.76
This is a value call against the Fav as Nicky is still not happy with Binocular , dont get me wrong its easily got the class to win and win well but is still a very dodgy jumper and it hasnt improved so every race it takes part in is a guessing game , yes it could win but it is also 2.0 that it will fall , i would never back this at short odds , Nicky JNR rides this out quite a lot and he has a reputation of being a bit of a nutjob.

NEWCASTLE 14:55 - MALT MASTER ( NAP ) - 1st @ 1.75
A P McCOY has been " ordered " to travel to Newcastle to ride this , JP is desperate for this to win , the horse itself is super fit and is primed for a super run and is fully expected to win this today.
