Getting ready for the Weekend....

Yes indeed finally after a week of drudgery and rather abject racing we are finally here, Friday and today looks pretty bloody decent tbh after that shizzle during the week with 3 good meetings from Warwick , Doncaster and Sunny Sandown and as im doing a full card & PP for Sandown tmrw i thought i would get in the mood by blowing a card off today to get me focused.

Wimbledon...yes in case a few of you have been asleep for the last couple of weeks we have had a rather big tennis tournament on the Big one for the UK and it has been absolutely brilliant for the Layers with Serena blowing out after being the 1.52 pre tourn Fav , Fed and Nadal going out early and shocks galore , the money that can be made in Tennis trading is simply astounding , betting on the serves , laying sets , match betting and trading but the big big money really comes from laying say Murray pre game at a ridic low of 1.08 and hoping he loses the first set or gets broken because you can trade out nicely at around 1.18-1.25 for a very big profit and if he wins then his price will only go into around 1.04 so you can take a very small loss or wait and see how it goes with opportunities galore in running...i simply love Tennis Trading and is a field i intend to expand more into.

Back onto today.....The Sandown Card....

SANDOWN

RACE 1

WIN - STEPS - 3rd @ 12.4
EW - PABUSAR -
LONG - FAIR VALUE -

SUMMARY :Very poor looking class 3 Hcap to start the card off , 5f with 14 runners and tbh most of these look out of sorts, out of form or just poor and regressive.
PABUSAR is a typically frustrating type although this has slipped down the weights as a consequence and does have recent enough past form to get involved with some strong looking placed form and with a more positive ride this time from Buick instead of the inept Spencer i can see this coming with a late charge and getting into the mix.
STEPS is probably the form choice on most recent form and has proven itself to be reasonably consistent and in this grade must surely have every chance , already holding a few of these on both literal and lateral form with everything in place this can also make its presence felt.
Finally i think we should also have FAIR VALUE on our side as this looks a decent enough sort and with Fallon doing the steering could easily sneak a place.

RACE 2

WIN - SURVIVED -
EW - AMBIANCE - 1st @ 5.15
LONG - FINE N DANDY -

SUMMARY : Next up is a small field class 1 Listed event over 5f that looks incredibly tight with only a Rizla separating them.
All 6 are distance winners with AMBIANCE looking to hold the best recent form having run fantastically behind No Nay Never in the Norfolk stakes just 2L behind that, Coach House ( good but form took a knock when this got stuffed lto ) and Wind Fire in a course record time and if running true to form simply has to be involved.
SURVIVED Also ran a great race in the Queen Mary racing on the " wrong side " and leading for a long way before eventually falling behind to the near side runners and the very useful Rizeena and although this time was slightly slower than the Norfolk stakes i think looking at the time figures of its previous win that this is also on the improve and will be bang there as i have this just very marginally behind Ambiance but the fillies allowance i feel just tips the balance back in favour.
FINE N DANDY also looks to be improving and won well lto but does have to improve to get near the other two but is certainly not out of it and could surprise, Iseemist is the 100.0 outsider but has recorded a speed rating that puts her under the 1m mark and if running to her absolute best could sneak a sneaky place but a leap would be needed.

RACE 3

WIN - DIAPENKO - Pulled Up - Went Wrong -
EW - MUNJALLY -
LONG - BROWNSVILLE -

SUMMARY : Maiden time and a tricky one over 7f as we have a complete mix on breeding, with Dalakhani , Bushranger , Cape Cross and Berstein's to name just a few with there running range between 5f and 1m6f + Champs Elysee ) so where do we go here? , DIAPENKO was only just touched off over CD recently and that vital experience and obvious ability is worth a ton here and this is the one to beat , Munjally also has some experience and looks the pick of the two Hannon runners (  dont like hughes mount on breeding ) and Doyle riding for MJ on BROWNSVILLE looks very interesting in a tough race.

RACE 4

WIN - AFSARE - 2nd @ 6.20
EW - DAVID LIVINGSTONE -
LONG - MANDOUR - 1st @ 3.59

SUMMARY : This next race is probably the toughest , biggest and best race of the day , the Listed Class 1 Gala Stakes race over 1m2f with a very interesting field of " almost " horses, a filed of runners that offered greatness yet returned nothing or very little often giving back little more than disappointment but this type of race is ideal for all of these as they are of a similar make up.
DAVID LIVINGSTONE is very interesting and his lto run when he won the battle on his side showed this to have retained his ability since switching from AoB to Mike De Kock ( SA ) , when trained by AoB this ran placed behind the likes of group winning Light Heavy , Power , Mickdaam and Dragon Pulse and is very definitely upto winning a race of this grade and stature and i will be very surprised if this isnt involved in the finish.
Another " over seas " runner is well fancied for this in the shape of MANDOUR an imposing son of Smart Strike and a group 1 winner in France this isnt here for the day out and the duty free.
Finally we have AFSARE the cause of many a conversation this week  ( Fallon get jocked off ) and this classy performer ( CD Winner that Won this race last year ) can easily strike form ( probably aimed directly for this ) and take this for the 2nd year , well worth including in any dutch.
