And im off out playing in a Golf Comp all afternoon so i have been rather un motivated regarding the cards...but i will say this...i do think Noble Mission is around 10lb better over todays trip and with a core rating of 111 Telescope will have to prove hes the dogs bollocks to have any chance of winning, a horse surrounded by hype and hyperbole, touted for every great race this year and next without really achieving a thing....today we will see...is TELESCOPE the real deal or a dodgy knock off...Im on NOBLE MISSION ( EW ) to steal his thunder...
As for the remainder well Ascot looks a pile of shit for the " Fun " Shergar Cup " day and i wont entertain it at all , Newmarket has a couple of decent races..
Firstly we have Another from our breeders list running in the maiden ( See the Stars ) and this is Casual Smile and a lot of these have been over backed as a lot of people were expecting every runner to be the next Oaks or Derby winner and that is simply fucking retarded!! however this is 9.2 and this being from Casual Look ( Won the Oaks, 3rd in Irish Oaks, Won the Queen Elizabeth ) looks to royally bred and is entered up ( as expected ) into the Fillies Mile and this could be a bit special this one.
RESULT : 2nd @ 15.0
In the Sweet Solera Stakes i quite fancy one of the outsiders TINGA , this is a beautiful looking daughter of Galileo and although i do think that to be seen to best effect she will need further this improving sort could easily mix it here off a strong pace , currently 19.5 and well worth throwing a few EW sheckles at , not a strong punt but its just one i like.
RESULT : 5th ( 17.94 )
And finally the word is Courtesy Call is primed for a good run , not expected to do owt lto ( neither was forgotten voice pffft ) this shorter trip is much more in favour and with all conditions to suit and at a good EW price this will be getting some change from me ( EW ).

Over at Redcar it looks like the card has been for a Variety Day special...fucking shit however i would like to see Shrimper Roo win again , quirky customer that is capable of springing a surprise or two and could run well with a big price..i will chuck a few quid EW just for a laugh but im not expecting a return..this is my " Fun bet "....

Haydock does have a few better races on its hands , Most notably the Rose of Lancaster Stakes that sees the Duel between Noble Mission and Telescope....Telescope will have to run to around 125 to win and if it does and wins well i may have a tickle for the Arc...But for today im on Noble Mission EW.
RESULT : 3RD @ 10.39 ( Telescope 2nd )
In the Dick Hern Stakes i am going to have a nibble on the seasonal debutante AMAZONAS at decent double figure odds as this Daughter of Cape Cross could easily have improved enough to get involved with so many of these having already shown their disappointing hands this has the most scope and some decent enough old form to give Paddy Smullen a good ride ( but not as good as the ride Lisa could give me ).
RESULT : 1st @ 11.50 ;-))))
And that pretty much sums up my thoughts on the day, over all a disappointing Saturday and one im glad to be missing tbh , i will have a little fun with the bigger priced selections but i am not expecting much from today although todays Place Bomb looks absolutely fucking nailed on and ive gone double stakes with this.
A nice WIN on AMAZONAS and a BIG EW on Noble Mission gave me a decent profit for the day and Casual Smile getting placed topped it up and a nice £170 Profit from the Multi made it a good day ;)...Plus i smashed the Golf winning today with 34 Points on Stableford and the Matchplay 2 @ 1 ;)))
