Hope everyone had a great weekend i certainly did , i know " team Phoenix " did with a level stakes profit of more than 80 points which was quite exceptional!.
The mighty Gooners won a brilliant game of poor defending against Chelsea on Sat which was a sporting highlight for me , but we have to ask...without RVP just how fucked would we be.....??? , scary times , if he gets injured who or where will the goals come from??.

The NEW investment packages all kick of today with 6 new fully invested members all putting in £2k to attain a guaranteed monthly payment of £600 each , thats around 1% g'teed per day on capital , no bank in the world can match or get near that and as all funds are protected its easy money for them , a nice little lift to their pensions or a mortgage payment whatever its for its a tax free £600 per month every month.

I am currently thinking about the designs for the new web site , it will be a fully interactive sports page with the blog attached , need ideas, i've hit a bit of a brick wall.....was hoping it would be done by now but looks like its gonna take a couple more months yet , but will wait till the ACHERON trading banks start as this will also have to be fully implemented.

Americain , regardless of its chances at 7/2 has to be taken on as there is no value implied or otherwise and with so many holding claims it would be folly to take it.

Jukebox Jury is not the stables first string and may well be found wanting here, may struggle to dominate a top class field.

The field can be narrowed down to around 10 runners as quite a few are just not upto this , take out the top ten, then mark up their prices as if it was a 10 runner race then assert value...
For me this is how i see this great race panning out.


....A very tough race but i do feel there is an awful lot of deadwood in this renewal with so many untried at the trip , previously dissapointed or are just not in the sort of form you would expect.

Today then we shall be doing the card for HAYDOCK , and it will be the extended ne NH card which i have been using the trials on the cards were very good and i liked the way they shaped however at this time of year there are still plenty of races where fitness and ability are taken on trust as a lot are making there seasonal debuts etc , so you will always get some odd results.Each race on a race card consists of 5 elements , back ( best horse on all known form , recent form , speed times and sectionals or breeding ) , value ( this is usually a horse thats worth a second look as an ew punt , a horse that either has some useful form or has had and could go well , generally surrounded by ifs ) , multi extra ( i have been asked to nominate 1 extra , this will be the 3rd highest rated horse on my speed ratings platform as quite a few like to dabble in multis and placepots ) , value lay ( this is where a horse , usually a fav is too short given the races make up and even if you think its got a chance of winning must still be layed ) , and race lay ( this is a horse can be of any price upto around 16.0 that just has no chance ).

Morning all , hope your all well and had a nice relaxing weekend , i had a very productive weekend , sorting out the new Cash comp' , the bankroll challenge and sorting the members bets out and they say men cant multi-task!!.
Glad to see the ( once ) mighty gooners win again although it need the mercurial talents of RVP to turn it around although in fairness Gervhino had his best game yet and may be warming to the task , Fantastic to see the mighty reds ( man utd ) get humbled 1-6 at home ( theatre of nightmares lol ) to their fiercest rivals Man City who now look the real deal and do look a very strong bet to take the title.
The frailties of the premiership came to light with the victory for QPR over Chelsea after they had 2 men sent off and with a 5 point cushion at this stage and having seen all teams play i cannot see past city , its theirs to lose!.
Although a BIG well done must be said to the toon army , flying high , punching above there weight but still grinding out the results , welcome back to the top 6 guys and hope you stay!.
Last week on a page i follow quite often they have been in full " trixie " mode and they hit some great results , especially Nath Doughty the football lord , i think he hit 3 trixies last week alone and david os' hit a tremendous horse 3 up , wd mate.
I am running a cash comp which will be starting 1st nov , basically its like this , you have an imaginary bank of £5k , you can have 2 bets a day , a trade , back , lay , whatever you desire and at the end of feb whom ever has the biggest bank wins...simples! , i have added £200 to the prizepool , its £75 to enter and with over 30 enquiries the pool is looking good with it nudging £2500 already , there will be prizes for first, 2nd and 3rd and it will be done in a league style, updated daily.

A few of my members have been complaining that i have been posting too many race cards so until further notice the race cards will be for members only ( its one of the things they pay for ) and the 365 challenge will stay on hiatus until i have decided on how to move forward with this.

Easily THE performance of the weekend was that of CAMELOT , wow! and double wow! , looked like ( joseph o brien ) he was stuck in a pocket , racing thru the middle and at the back of 5 , then with a gentle shake of the reins he majestically strode forward and with the greatest of ease just brushed them all aside , quite fantastic imo, Black Caviar won again and looks a freak of a horse , travels like nothing i have ever seen , effortless , brilliant , will we see him over here next year?? hope so!.

Morning all ( unless your from Coogee ;-) ) , much better day yesterday , still had a couple of shorties slammed but hey ho , both were very disappointing , no complaints here and both will be laid regardless next time out , also had quite the stroke of proverbial luck yesterday, i backed a horse for a steady sum yesterday called Jim Tango now after approaching the last and forging 4 lengths clear it hit 1.04 at this stage ( long run in ) i decided to lay my original stake off for pennies as cover , doing this manually i got my trade in @ 1.08 and to my horror i noticed i had added an extra digit to the lay my fat fingers had turned my nice win into nothing argh!!!...only to see evan williams's horse storm thru on the run in and win cosily after JT had completely flattened out up the run...so made a ridic profit all thru luck...its nice when it goes your way sometimes ;-).

Going to day of the NH TRIAL card today , Fakenham is our port of call , but with 8 2 yr old races knocking about elsewhere today will be a busy and interesting day as most of you know i somewhat specialise in these ;-).

Whip rules have been altered , final furlong slaps is no longer an issue unless your barbaric you wont lose your fee and all bans/fines since inception now rescinded , so " christophe wont be pistophe ".
 Re-starting the PLACEPOT challenge on Sat hopefully the nos will be boosted by a few from my favourite FB racing pages Peckhams picks and more pertinently the DALE SHAW elite , so fingers crossed , should be fun , were before.

Still full of this cold , worlds longest imo!!well well , surveying the train wreck that is the last few days blog bets i noticed quite a few parameter differences between the bets on the blog and the bets i advise on , ie: outside of the blog the world is quite rosy , the racecards have all been good or great , the members have still made their respective profits every day and my own wage machine rolls on , however my attempts to spin my " spare " £5k into £250k has led me to making decisions that i wouldnt normally.
Also in my quest to assist you guys , show , teach and interpret different betting styles has led me up a path im not usually on , this i feel has also shown in some of the latest results and in order to show these i feel im posting to many bets instead of just the iron bets , but so much changes through the day regarding WoM , punts ,  and ground lead me to amending a lot of bets and trade a lot out during the day , i cannot show these quick enough on the blog otherwise people will just start shouting " aftertimer " , cheat etc ,..you ( me ) cant just go round changing the bets to show them winning all the time, that would be just plain stupid so i have to show and keep it regardless , unless i can post an hour before, which is ok sometimes but not normally available.

what a nightmare..

Today has been nothing short of shambolic, losing over £6k from the blog account bringing it down to just over £9k....This has been the worse run of results in three years , reverse midas touch!!..lays winning and backs losing , everything is upside down just now!!, i am going to have a good long hard think about the next step , on one hand i want to complete the 365 challenge and feel i should throw caution to the wind and max it all out in a shit or bust stylee , on the other hand should i just go back to doing the race cards , ...and default to safety mode till things calm down a bit? , so much to consider!.

Morning one and all , hope your all well , been a busy ol' few days , trialling some new stuff, tweaking some old and staying the same in places , but its evolution , its progress and the light of the new dawn is breaking , 2 weeks into the month and the members accounts have tripled from the starting bank of £1500 to £4675 !! , so a very promising start!.
Everything is going along very smoothly and with the link up with Acheron things are just going to get better , they are running free trials for there investment centre which start 1st nov and already we have over 150 enquiries so its going to be a very busy time with some dissapointed folk as the Acheron membership is limited to 50 regardless , so there will be a criteria to meet and one of those will be blog loyalty , and we are thinking about splitting into tiers according to bank size which will be easier to manage , but with going live in 2 weeks < we need to finalise all the details over the next few days.
I still need to update the 365 challenge which after a couple of losing days has recovered a bit of ground and re: byron yesterday i will now advise of value element in lays rather than let you guess and lose , it was a bit after timer ( ish ) saying , ohh i didn't lay that loser as the price was too high , but when the selections are made they are made on current tissue not withstanding future re-evaluations , so i will have to be a bit more explanatory.

***So an up and down day, losing on the laybets again , but making a profit from the back bets , and the ew selections failing somewhat , finding it tough going at the minute , got no rhythm , no pzzazz , a lot of horses running into / out of form as one would expect for this time of year and sometimes the plain obv being missed , the two lays that lost were my strongest but that said i kinda felt all four had a good chance of getting turned today , but summer jumps / small field = betting minefield and really should be left alone , that said the back bets one for me again so that is a positive , the ew's were very disappointing all in all , so tmrw i will be just nail my top two lays ,  with more back bets and a few ew's...we will get thru this and hit another purple patch , cant win all the time, its about minimising losses when your in the rough...all in all , after 3 months of race cards , dutches , crazy bets , singles , full days and mental bank busters after 3 months we are still over £10k up , so an average of £3.7k a month from £5k ..that is a good long term performance and beats any bank , or stocks and shares , so things are looking good overall , i would just rather i got back to full winning ways rather than all the hit and miss of late...might have to wait a few weeks till the seasons change.....anyhoo , cya tmrw for some more fun and games!!

The Morning after..

The night before , yes indeed , what a superb day of racing yesterday , with FRANKEL showing the world he is easily the best miler for some time and maybe all time!! , was a performance of magnificent ease and class , carried his head like a loon in the first 1f , then settled mid-rear , with pace maker charging off and rather ruining any race plan imo , after 4f he decided enough is enough and unleashed the beast , within moments he was level, then for another 1f or so excelebration and dick turpin ( on the rail , others straight thru middle ) gave chase and made a race of it , then with a stretch of those powerful legs he lengthened and was quickly 4 lengths clear , winning very easily , with a revised rp rating of 143 i think makes him an all time great and i am convinced he will get 1m2f with consummate ease....bring on next year!!..
On the betting / trading front it was a day of two halves , other than winning massive on frankel i struggled to make much headway at ascot , did excellent at cheltenham ( scooping 4 winners and 2 seconds ) , did quite well at catterick but took a beating in cork which rather tarnished the day , come out in front but it was a bit swingy in the middle with the PnL going up down up down and finally settling up...tough day all in all but come out alive!!.
Got a couple of nice bets today for bath , if anyone wants the bath card i will send it upon request...
