Morning all ( unless your from Coogee ;-) ) , much better day yesterday , still had a couple of shorties slammed but hey ho , both were very disappointing , no complaints here and both will be laid regardless next time out , also had quite the stroke of proverbial luck yesterday, i backed a horse for a steady sum yesterday called Jim Tango now after approaching the last and forging 4 lengths clear it hit 1.04 at this stage ( long run in ) i decided to lay my original stake off for pennies as cover , doing this manually i got my trade in @ 1.08 and to my horror i noticed i had added an extra digit to the lay my fat fingers had turned my nice win into nothing argh!!!...only to see evan williams's horse storm thru on the run in and win cosily after JT had completely flattened out up the run...so made a ridic profit all thru luck...its nice when it goes your way sometimes ;-).

Going to day of the NH TRIAL card today , Fakenham is our port of call , but with 8 2 yr old races knocking about elsewhere today will be a busy and interesting day as most of you know i somewhat specialise in these ;-).

Whip rules have been altered , final furlong slaps is no longer an issue unless your barbaric you wont lose your fee and all bans/fines since inception now rescinded , so " christophe wont be pistophe ".
 Re-starting the PLACEPOT challenge on Sat hopefully the nos will be boosted by a few from my favourite FB racing pages Peckhams picks and more pertinently the DALE SHAW elite , so fingers crossed , should be fun , were before.

Also i will be implementing a new sub page within the " peckhams picks " tab called " TRIXIELAND " , this will highlight the best trixies for the day and will be highlighting the trixie skills of nathan doughty who has been rather remarkable lately with his football trixies!!..wd nath.
