Top o the Morning to ya!...

Lets start today with a talk about the weather , its sunny and in fact when the suns out its actually quite nice, warm and pleasant however the wind..fuck me its like its been cut from blocks of ice and put thru a shredder...its like ice , im not exaggerating the wind is directly from the artic!! so i go outside and im instantly confused as my face is feeling the soothing heat of the sun one minute and the incomprehensible cold of the wind the next...crazy imo...
Been thinking about starting a " Phoenix racing " Facebook page , this could be used to post upto the minute bets , strategies , and thoughts and we could start a few troll posts and have the odd rant ( mainly about bad rides etc ) , what do you guys think about this?...if you think its a good idea i'll start it otherwise i shall not ( pointless if nobody is going to use it )......input needed!!!

On the racing front its a pretty std day with just the one flat meeting and a couple of nh cards ( some orish and a bit of eve ) , nothing flash today so i will post up the AYR card...

**Fast on is a confident lay as he doesnt stay a well run 6f race , the winner is harder to be confident about , my speed ratings have very little to choose between 5 of these , i think the key today will be the ground , and on that basis these have been selected.

**This is a tough and shite race , Chookie Avon is somewhat of an enigma , has raced over 2m , done all its best work over 7f , NEVER BEEN PLACED OR WON at anything other than 7f yet it looks a steal here as it is a confirmed lover of soft or worse ground...that tells you all you need to know about this race....Personally i think 1.74 for a place is a gift , however i will not be getting involved in this race( i will look to be getting involved in running )...

**For me this is a 2 horse race , i cannot envisage anything other than cool in the shade or surely this time winning , i think a dutch on those two is nailed on.

**Flipping @ 8.8 looks massive and shud be gobbled up asap..i think this is an outstanding EW bet today , loves the trip , loves the ground , ticks in all the right boxes..lump on i say!, Ulswater doesn't stay and wont like the testing conditions so lay that for whatever your back stake is plus 50%.

**No lay bet here for me , however i have had a rather large punt dutching both botham and market puzzle in the place market , i think this is absolutely nailed on and is my bet of the day , yes you are only making between 12-18% on your stake but in my view its free money , this bet will land and will look after like the easiest earner in a long time ( since the arc last sunday ;-) ) .
