Guten Morgen meine Süßen;-)

Hope you are all well today , quick weather update....its shit.
No real news today other than a " possible " Tsunami which could swallow up David Cameron ( one can live in hope ) who is in the Jakarta Peninsula ( no doubt gifting out more money we dont have ) .
So with lack of rant material today i shall jump straight to work and we have 8 yes Eight races to run thru today!!...This should be fun ;-)

1.Nottingham 15:40
Betfred Barry Hills 'Further Flight' Stakes (Listed)
£35000.00 added, 4yo plus, 1m 6f 15y, Class 1
...Lets start with the Only Non Maiden race today ( class 1 and only qualifying race at Nottingham ) This looks like a very good, strong and competitive renewal for the stayers with some very useful types on show.
There are for me just three i want to concentrate on here and they are  , Parlour Games , Eternal Heart and SOLAR SKY with the latter the most interesting.
Solar Sky has already finished in front of Eternal Heart twice now and even with the fitness disadvantage i see no reason for the form to be reversed highly tried last year after winning its maiden this beautiful colt from Galileo should improve and will be winning races and i feel today could be the start of greater things.A neck 2nd in the Queens Vase over 2m and a 4 length 3rd in the Noel Murless over 1m6f shows that staying is his game and @ 5.1 and 1.92 i think this is a corking EW bet and a Superb Place Only bet.
Eternal Heart does have a fitness edge and is a stayer and should Solar Sky falter will be there to pick up the pieces but even then it has to beat Parlour Games who along with Solar Sky should be a different Kettle of fish to the others , this has a few lateral form lines that would suggest that there is very little to choose between him and Solar Sky and on form alone i would think these will be fighting the finish.
@ 5.2,6.6 and 7.2 a three way dutch is also a rock solid bet and one that i like very much.

 2nd5 Zuider Zee (GER)8-1
 3rd3 Dandino2-1 F

2.Lingfield Park 14:20
Premier Showfreight Maiden Auction Stakes
£2500.00 added, 2yo only, 5f, Class 6
...A small field Polytrack maiden with a couple that have already shown to be disappointing but such is the dirge of opposition i simply cannot go against the top two , PERFECT WORDS & CAUGHT NAPPING in a dutch as they are currently 2.96 & 4.2 this looks too good to be true tbh and the bet must be taken, superb " Value " and win or lose has to be placed.

BACK - PERFECT WORDS - 2nd @ 3.35
EW - CAUGHT NAPPING - 1st @ 4.18

...WoW on paper this looks incredibly tough and wouldnt look out of place at HQ! , all the big boys are in attendance and i will be sticking with the big guns here.

BACK - YAA SALEM - 3rd @ 4.44
EW - POETIC POWER - Unplaced ( went off @ 45.6 , hit 5.50 in running , great trading opportunities )

4.Catterick 16:00
racinguk.com Maiden Stakes
£3500.00 added, 3yo plus, 5f 212y, Class 5
...A maiden for the older brigade with some dodgy and unreliable sorts , the 2 newcomers John Coffey and Striking Cat should be watched in the betting as they are family owned and could go well at a price in a race like this , The two i like are CONE DONKEY and Zaffy and the one i find most interesting is Joy to the World which has been sent  " oop North " from Lambourn .
This is a rather tricky little race and not one to go over board on as there are many pitfalls awaiting here.

BACK - CONE DONKEY - 2nd @ 10.30 ( hit 1.07 in running )
EW - ZAFFY - 3rd @ 6.58

5.Dundalk 18:20
Irish Stallion Farms E.B.F. Median Auction Maiden
€12500.00 added, 2yo only, 5f
..The first of 3 races from Ireland and this small 4 runner race could go any way with all 4 having claims but i feel DYLANBRAU's run behind Dawn Approach is easily the best of the available form and gets my vote.

BACK - DYLANBRAU - 1st @ 3.09

6.Kempton Park 18:30
Betdaq Mobile Apps Median Auction Maiden Stakes
£2500.00 added, 3-5yo, 1m 3f, Class 6
..Hmm Pistol a £110,000 purchase for Highclere , a Kingmambo/High Chapparal progeny should on paper destroy this very modest looking lot but wtf is it doing here as an unraced 3 yr old in a Auction Maiden....i would need Columbo to work that fucker out!...not for me thanks.
But if not the beautifully bred Pistol then what?...Well Expense Claim  was highly tried at 2 and was well beaten although its 3rd over 7f behind Genius Step is ok form but overall looks very uninspiring and at 2.02 i dont think so....
Totem Chief probably has the most reliable piece of form on offer and @ 8.8 represents a cracking EW bet this kept on well when running green and hanging over 1m2f and coming 3rd and has every chance today in such a weak looking race.
Reading thru the Race again and again the claims of Pistol are looking a bit stronger but you have to ask yourself.." why the fuck is it 4.4 "??.....
I desperately wanted to have Expense Claim as my LOTD but with only 2 qualifying runners against it means it doesnt score low enough ;-((..

BACK - TOTEM CHIEF - 4th
EW - PISTOL - 2nd @ 2.73 ( was 4.6 )

7.Dundalk 18:50
www.dundalkstadium.com Maiden
€10000.00 added, 3yo plus, 6f
...In a weak looking all age Maiden i feel AHAALY should absolutely monster these , just pipped fto by a smart looking John Oxx Recruit in Shebella over the extended 7f @ Limerick , travelled like the winner, quickened like the winner and just got done on the line with the 3rd 3 lengths back, there will be nothing of that Calibre here tonight and this should really be a springboard onto bigger and better races.
